Naomi Eichorn

Naomi Eichorn, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, is an Associate Professor in the Speech-Language Pathology Program at the University of Memphis School of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD). Her research explores intersections between cognition, speech, and language, with areas of expertise in child language and stuttering. Dr. Eichorn leads efforts to develop IPE experiences for CSD students at UM and developed an interdisciplinary IPE/P course. She has been involved in regional- and state-wide IPE initiatives since 2017, including the Memphis Interprofessional Healthcare Collaboration and TIPEC, has peer-reviewed publications related to IPE, and has presented on her IPE work locally and nationally.
