ETSU Interprofessional Enegagement Series: Empathy, Grace & Equity, Part 2

As part of their ongoing Interprofessional Engagement Series, ETSU is offering a training on Empathy, Grace, and Equity (Part 2): Fostering Civility in Interprofessional Spaces on March 26, 2024 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Eastern. 

The training will be led by Amy Johnson, EdD, the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, Quillen College of Medicine.

Objectives

1. Reflect on personal values and how those values can/should inform work as health professionals.

2. Build empathy for students and colleagues.

3. Practice strategies for actively responding to dehumanizing behavior in the clinic, the community, and the classroom.
